Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy is a combination of Psychotherapy, understanding how our brain works, and Hypnosis. Hypnosis enables us to find a deep place of relaxation where we have access to our subconscious mind, from here, we can start to find the best solutions for ourselves and the daily challenges we experience, one small step at a time.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helps us to understand how our thought processes affect our daily lives, and, by understanding how our brain works, helps us solve problems through different thinking.

What to expect

Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy is not something that is ‘done’ to you that you have no control over or awareness of.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is more of a synergy between your goals and ambitions and and my therapeutic support for achieving them. You are the captain at the helm of your own ship, charting a course across waters that shift with the seasons of your life. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is the steady lighthouse on the shoreline—never steering for you, but illuminating the safest passages, the calmest currents, and the direction that aligns with your purpose. As you sail, the tides of old habits and worries may rise and fall, but the lighthouse remains constant, helping you navigate toward clarity, confidence, and the destinations you choose.

It is important to understand that because you want change to happen and you are prepared to do what is necessary to allow it to happen, you can find your way to a more positive and relaxed version of yourself, living the life you truly deserve.

The Initial Consultation helps to establish what you want to see improving and identifies potential goals. It helps create an understanding of how Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy can help, and from there, we can work together to bring about the changes you want and need.

After our Initial Consultation, during each session thereafter,  we will talk about progress, continue to develop understanding of our brain and thought processes etc., and take steps towards positivity by focusing on solutions and imagining your best future. I will then guide you into a relaxed state of Hypnosis so that we can consolidate all of these things.
