Generalised Therapy Sessions

These sessions generally take between 6 to 12 sessions to bring about effective change. More complex issues such as chronic depression / anxiety or related conditions can take longer. Everyone is unique and session planning is a collaborative process to meet your changing needs, putting you in charge of your health and wellbeing.

Smoking / Vaping Cessation

Smoking cessation is a one off session lasting up to 90 minutes. It includes understanding your connection with smoking / vaping habit, understanding of how the brain works in relation to this and hypnosis to consolidate the learning by your focussed attention.

Fears and Phobias

Fears and phobias usually take 4 sessions unless the fears and phobias are a part of more generalised anxiety behaviours and more sessions may be required. This would be discussed at the initial consultation as we establish your support program.
